i know you are being serious (in a semi-sarcastic way)...but my follow-up question is: is it okay to suggest that someone else take anti-depressants because you THINK they struggle???

my dear mother suggested i need them. hmmm. could it be that she had such great success with them that she thinks EVERYONE should be on them??

i say...if you're feeling blue... take MORE fish oil...and add a little st. john's wort! : ) it works...seriously.

also, for all of my bartlesville friends... i have no idea what is going on there. i mean, i can gather a little bit, of course. but don't know (and don't need to know) all the details. just wanted you all to know that i am praying for your friend (and for all of you).

rachel, i say stick with the fish oil. i was being sarcastic but i am struggling big time. our dear friend is (kind of) walking the same road I did. although her sweet little girl has been with us for YES...7 days now. i have been walking around with a lump in my throat and i am afraid every phone call is going to be the one i dread. i don't want to tell her story for her. she will one day. i think personally that you are one of the most stable people i know so if YOU need anti-depressants... i definitely do. (:
